| I have more than 18 years of experience in senior management and training and facilitation across the arts, social enterprise and regeneration. I was a director of several arts centres and performance venues and have an insight knowlege of the operational and strategic issues faced. I provide bespoke management training courses covering leadership and board development (envisioning), communications (storytelling) and managing change. I facilitate awaydays and mutli-partnership planning with the 'scenarios' approach to help participants identify the future possibles. By using an engaging and creative style, I stimulate managers and leaders to think out-of-the box and make positive change. I set up 'Bright-i' based on the belief that 'inside everybody is a bright individual full of bright ideas'. Clients' feedback include: 'it is a great experience: inspirational and entertaining' and 'I've never seen my Board so engaged'.
